Compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy.

Helping you bridge the gap between current mental health challenges and your life goals, using interventions with demonstrated efficacy.

My approach

I am a clinical psychologist licensed in Washington state, but also permitted to practice virtually in many states through PSYPACT (see participating states here). I specialize in providing DBT (individual therapy and skills group) and other CBT-oriented approaches to teenagers, adults, and their families. I strive to collaborate with each client to understand their current problems and to individualize interventions in such a way that honors each person’s unique life story en route to their life goals.

Alongside my practice, I work closely with psychology postdocs (Laina Keim, PhD and China Bolden-Jarvis, PhD) and PhD students in training. Collectively, we have several openings at this time. You can learn more about these clinicians by visiting the ‘Current Trainees’ page.
